Beachbody country heat

As with Autumn Calabrese’s other Beachbody workout programs, the Country Heat workout program runs under a month.  It is a 30 day program as opposed to her 21 day fix program. This is the perfect length of time to commit to an exercise program as it isn’t as daunting as committing to a full 90 day or 60 day program.

They say that variety is the spice of life and variety is the only way you will be able to successfully lose weight and maintain the weight once you lose it.  That is why I love Country Heat – the latest dance workout exercise program from Beachbody designed with Autumn Calabrese.

But let’s take some time to look at the transformations, because they are RIDICULOUS! Autumn Calabrese (the trainer) has discussed test group results and said that the results were even BETTER than those of the 21 Day Fix!  Well I am here to tell you #1 its the real deal #2 it works!  How do I know this before the program has even launched (set to launch August of 2016)?  I was chosen to be in the Beachbody coach test group for this program which I found very ironic.

The connection to the origin web server was made, but the origin web server timed out before responding. The likely cause is an overloaded background task, database or application, stressing the resources on your web server. But, I think Country Heat is going to be HUGE as this program makes fitness more accessible to those that do not enjoy exercise as much or those that possess a lower fitness level (there are modifier moves) or those that even want to get in shape while having a lot of fun.

The deluxe calendar is meant to combine the additional workouts that you will receive with the deluxe package. It throws in “wild goose chase”, “cardio Roundup” and “line dance: sattle up” into the 30 day routine. If you love this workout routine and love to dance, I suggest doing the normal 30 day routine first and then the deluxe calendar for the second month.

Week  4 combines all the workouts together and will get you to a full 28 days, on the last two days you can choose the workouts you prefer though the official Country Heat workout schedule and calendar has Day 29 as Trail Ride and Day 30 scheduled as the workout of your choice! You can download the calendar on Etsy for just over a dollar with a two page poster print out available instantly and included before and after results tracker.

Diets don’t work when you feel deprived. So Autumn found a simple way to help you lose weight, while still letting you enjoy the foods you love. Her Eating Plan and recipes make it easy. And you don’t have to count calories, buy special foods, or stay home when everyone else is eating out.

If you’re unfamiliar with Beachbody on Demand, it  allows you to stream your workouts on all your devices, smart phone, tablets, computers, and also on things like Roku and Apple TV.  BOD makes your workouts portable and convenient. And when you add Autumn’s strength-building Dance Conditioning workout and portion-control nutrition plan, you’ll see why even people who think they don’t like exercise will love dancing to Country Heat.

The following day, Calabrese invited us to join her for a live Country Heat workout at the Wildhorse Saloon, and of course we jumped at the opportunity. The 30-minute workout was an absolute blast and totally got our staff sweating. The best part? It didn’t feel like a workout at all. It was pure fun!
