Country Heat Autumn

In Country Heat Autumn teaches  you two steps at a time, you do those, and move on to the next two steps.  There is no memorization or learning a routine, unlike Cize or typical country line dancing. This program will include use of the portion control color containers as used in the 21 day fix program. There was a time where you had to do impossible fitness moves for 6 or 7 days per week to get results. Not anymore.

If you are intimidated by complex dance choreography (and I know some of you have been frustrated by Cize!) this would be a great fit.  There are no complicated moves… just follow along and you will be dancing from day one. Autumn combines simple dance moves with the hottest country music to create high-energy 30-minute workouts that are so fun, you’ll barely notice you’re torching tons of calories and toning your entire body.

I have developed a Country Heat workout schedule for you to follow over the next 30 days (and continue to use again and again for every 30 day round you follow).

I personally burn about 300 calories in just 30 minutes, and I’m having fun!

This workout program will follow a similar structure to Autumn’s previous programs in that the format will be 30 minute long dance workout routines.  This is one of the things we both enjoy most about Autumn’s fitness routines because other popular Beach Body programs get you working out for almost an hour a day. And it is much harder to find an hour in the day to spare than it is to find a half hour uninterrupted.

Not only did Autumn pick these songs for their popularity, she specifically matched her moves to the faster and slower beats to create the perfect interval training within each routine. The result? A fired-up metabolism that burns maximum calories and fat—in just 30 minutes a day!
