There are 6 workouts in total. The first week is a repeat of two workouts, Country Swing and Giddy Up, to help you get used to the routines so you will perfect them and be able to do them effortlessly to burn the most amount of calories.

Quickstart Guide gives you an easy 3-step way to get started and get dancing. 30-Day Calendar shows you exactly which workout to do from Day One to Day 30. Though she had never had a dance lesson in her life and this was the first workout program she had tried, she found the workouts easy to do. The second week you will be introduced to Down and Dirty, Bring the Heat and Dance Conditioning which again will help you learn the moves without blinking an eye and you’ll really get the hang of how to do all the moves.
